Please do not email your application. The HomeSafe email is not secure and is not set up to receive large attachments.

You should receive an email confirming the receipt of your application package within five days of faxing or within 10 days if mailed. If you do not receive this notice, call Customer Service to confirm the receipt of your application package. Please check your email often for HomeSafe Georgia correspondence. 

If you have been contacted by any company or person requesting a fee for a HomeSafe Georgia application or loan, or if you have knowledge of a HomeSafe Georgia assistance recipient who you suspect of providing fraudulent information, please report it
